Grey Ombre Cake

The couple met us a few months ago via Wedding Open Day in Caversham House. They will get married in 2020 & their engagement is March 2019.

They want silver theme for the engagement.

We made something similar earlier this year in pink. The couple love the idea but no flowers at all.

Each tier is about 18cm tall. This cake to feed 65 dessert.

Had so much trouble creating the ombre effect. Had to rip some parts due to the discolouration. But we love the final result.

Cake inside is very interesting. Layers of vanilla & chocolate cake with Salted Caramel Ganache & Dark Chocolate Ganache alternatively.
