Ice Cream Cake & Cupcakes

A new customer wanting something tall and grand for her daughter's birthday. She ended up with this idea, only because she uses plinth to place the cake.
The colours were made to match the pastel background. All of them are chocolate cupcakes with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream.
Aren't they gorgeous? We love the pastel colours & they do look like soft-serve ice cream!!
They are too cute that we took so many pictures.
Inside the cake was Strawberry cake filled with vanilla buttercream & strawberry ganache.
Happy birthday Emily! It was such a special birthday!
