Castle Cake

Jasper is one of regular customers. Every year the parents spoil him with custom decorated cakes. This year, he wants a castle cake. That's a fun job to do.
Since Jasper is a boy, we have to think boy castle. This is a simple castle cake made for him.
The main cake is the main tower. We did some airbrushing to have a grungy look.
Cake inside is Chocolate cake layered with Vanilla buttercream & coated with Dark chocolate ganache.
