Snow White Cake

This week is a busy week again. A loyal customer is celebrating her daughter's 2nd birthday & the theme is Snow White.

The cake uses dummy tiers on the top & middle. The real cake is on the bottom. I use Mandarin Cheesecake. The flowers are fresh flowers.
