Red and White Cake

I've known Vonny for many years. She is a very kind lady. She sends her son to learn Mandarin with me. She also places orders throughout the years.

I made this cake for her as a birthday present. Originally I wanted to incorporate White Pink & Red. Somehow, the red is more dominant than the pink. I still love the final result. I try to play with hard candy this time.

Inside the cake is Red Velvet Cake with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
