Bicycle Cake

My husband turned 40 last week. I did a triple surprise birthday party for him. It was so organised and fun.

The idea on this cake was a collaboration of his favourite sports, the wines & his dream to go to Italy one day.

The pizza tower was hand painted. I just copied from an artwork in google.

Inside the cake was White chocolate mud with Raspberry Swirl layered with Lemon Swiss Meringue Buttercream, coated with White Chocolate Ganache. He loves white chocolate so much.

My friend, the owner of Candy Box Sweets, helped to organise the table & balloons. She's very good.
