Cookie Tart Cake for 21st Birthday

This is a new trend. Some people say cookie tart, tart cake, etc. I have the chance to make it for a 21st birthday girl. The cookies are Almond Sable and I use Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream for the dot piping.
