Michael Jackson Cake for Mikey

Someone called me last minute again by another cake decorator’s referral. She wanted to give a cake & cupcakes for her good friend’s 30th birthday. Mikey loves Michael Jackson, gym & tennis.

She asked me to make a chocolate cake with Salted Caramel buttercream. I added salted caramel sauce in between the layers too for richer flavour.

My colour palette for the cake is black, gold & off white.
