Superman Cake for Jasper

A request from a new customer. She wanted a cute Superman on top of the cake.

The superman topper is not our original idea. We use rice krispies for the head & the torso.

Inside the cake is Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream coated with Dark Choc Ganache.
