Hydrangea Cake for 40th Birthday

We love making flowers, though we don’t have many chance to make them.
This time we make a cake with hydrangeas topper, as requested by the client.


The cake is Red Velvet with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream coated with White Chocolate Ganache.
