Hello Kitty Ruffled Buttercream Cake for Eva

A new customer rang me asking to make this cake for Eva’s 1st birthday.

The cake inside is Red Velvet layered and decorated with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

The Hello Kitty is handmade with its head made out of rice krispies.
