Ruffle Cake for Penelope

Penelope’s mom is a returning customer. I remember I made baby shower cookies for her & now the baby turns 1!

She supplied me this picture, which I have no idea who the original cake belongs to.

She will put “Penelope” topper on the top.

The cake is Vanilla Cake filled with Swiss Meringue Buttercream & coated with White Chocolate Ganache.

Lastly, it took me 6 hours just to make those ruffles. Worth it, though!
