Fairy Fondant Topper Class

I haven’t done cake decorating classes for a few years. This year, Sachiko Windbiel from Mimicafe Union New York visits Aussie and travels around to a few states to teach her famous toppers.

I have been waiting to learn a sculptured face for a while and Sachiko is meant to be the one.

I love her creations. Big eyes, pretty face, looks very alive.

It was a day class. Pretty tiring but so worth it.
