Bird Cake for Emmerson

Emmerson is turning 2. Her mom emailed me a similar picture of cake.

The theme of her birthday is colourful birds. For the cake she only wants shades of pink, purple & white.

The cake inside is 4 layers of Vanilla Cake in 4 colours: Pink, purple, yellow & green. Sandwiched with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream & coated with White chocolate ganache.

Along with the cake, there are also bird cookies to match the invitation.
