Peonies Cake for Li Mei

Li Mei’s boyfriend contacted me to make this beautiful cake for her 21st birthday.

He drew a cake design & specifically wanted some pink peonies & roses on the cake.

I always love making sugar peonies again & again.

The cake is Chocolate Cake torted with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream, coated with Dark Chocolate Ganache.
