Minnie Mouse Cake for Yulyna

A client provided me with a cake picture. This cake is simple and quite fun to make.

The top tier is from Rice Krispies. Bottom tier is Pandan Cake filled with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream & coated with White Chocolate Ganache.
