Pink & White Buttercream Cake for Sherry

A good friend of mine asked me to make a cake for her friend’s birthday. Sherry is dying for rainbow cake! This request came 2 days before the date. Thankfully, I actually have no cake order this week, just doing some preparations for next week’s order.

Inside this cake is Rainbow Cake layered with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream. I am inspired by Sweetapolita for the decoration.

It’s pretty cute. I like the gold leafs incorporated with the sprinkles.
