Giraffe and Balloons Cake for Luca

My client is celebrating full month for her first baby. This is a beautiful cake, originally created by Sweet Bloom Cakes. She emailed this picture and asked me to add an animal and adapt the colours to be more blue.

I’ve been waiting to make a double barrel cake for a while and the time just comes. This cake itself is 20cms high. The balloons are probably another 25cms high. That makes the total height 50cms.

The cake is 6″ Lemon Cake filled with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream, coated with Lemon Ganache.
