Hello Kitty and Tiffany Blue Cake for Olivia

A new customer gave me a last minute call, asking me to make this Hello Kitty cake. It was less than a week notice lol.

This is such a pretty cake. The original design belongs to Bloom Cake Co. I added one small tier to fit the Kitty size. The original design has a huge Kitty sitting on the top. Due to the last minute notice, I could only make a smaller version.

The inside is Vanilla Cake marbled with Tiffany blue. Filled with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream, coated with White Chocolate Ganache.

The Kitty is made out of Rice Krispies. Love this cake.
