Bowtie Cake for Brandon

A new customer rang me. Her son is turning 1 and she likes bowtie theme party.

This cake originally belongs to Cake Fix, Sydney. I imitated the design based on customer’s request.

The top tier is dummy cake. The bottom one is Pandan Cake filled with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream and coated with White Chocolate Ganache.
