Black & White Cake

One new customer rang me last minute. She gave me a picture of this cake and asked whether I could make one for her.

It is a simple cake, but I find that the horizontal strips are very eye-catchy.

I love the look. Very crisp & neat.

The inside is White Chocolate Mud with Dark Chocolate Ganache.
