Hello Kitty Cake for Ivy

Ivy’s mom is a returning customer. She referred to my previous Hello Kitty Cake & asked me to make it for a 2-tiered cake instead.

I love this cake. I find it’s quite simple but the pink gradation airbrush makes a lot of difference.

The Hello Kitty is again from LCM. The cake is White chocolate mudcake with White chocolate ganache.
