Little Pony Cake for Naomi

Naomi is turning 2 this year. Last year, her mom asked me to make Hello Kitty Cupcakes for her.

She likes the idea of incorporating rainbow in it. The ponies are supplied by her.

The colour palette for this cake is purple, pink & blue. I like to mix the colour in such a way that it looks like bubblegum effect.

I also incorporate rainbow colours into the name & flowers. The cake inside is Lapis Surabaya with jam covered with Swiss Meringue Buttercream & dark chocolate ganache.

Naomi’s dad is very happy when he picks up the cake. I’m glad to know that
