Olaf Cake for Eleora

This is my 3rd time making Frozen themed cake. The first 2, I made Elsa toppers. Now I make Olaf.

This is actually a simple cake. The original design is not mine. My client showed me a picture and I made some adjustments.

I’m so pleased with the Olaf. The face is the trickiest part. It took me a little bit longer to make it.

The cake is Lapis Surabaya layered with Three Berry Jam and coated with dark chocolate ganache.
