Rosettes Cake for Jessica

Jessica’s family has been asking me to make cakes. This time, her sister asked me to make a simple cake for her birthday.

Originally I was asked to do white, pink & red roses. I somehow could not achieve that deep red It’s still pretty, though.

The cake is Mandarin Cheesecake filled & decorated with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
