Ruffled Buttercream Cake for Angela

My daughter, Angela,is turning 3 this Sunday. She goes to daycare on Fridays. I thought of celebrating it with her friends, since she hasn’t really had any close friends yet.

She is into Dora the last few months. I just print an edible image with Dora & her face. That saves me from working too long
