Line Leonard Mini Japanese Cotton Cheesecakes for Ponti

Angela, my loyal customer, asked me pretty last minute to have these babies for her fiance, Ponti.

I guess Ponti is a fan of Line Leonard.

The images are printed with edible papers, cut & pasted on fondant.

I’ve not made Japanese Cotton Cheesecakes for ages. Surprisingly, they turn out very well.
