Hello Kitty Cake for Phyu Phyu Aung

My customer is a Thai guy. He wants this cake for his girlfriend

So far, I think this is the best Hello Kitty topper I’ve ever made. Lol. I like how the pink gradation colour turned out too. I think it’s very Hello Kitty.

The cake is Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream coated with Dark Chocolate Ganache.
