Simple Birthday Cake for Josephine

Josephine’s family is a loyal customer. From time to time they always like Mandarin Cheesecake.

This time, I received a very last minute call from her sister. I happened to be able to make it at such a short notice.

The top tier is a dummy cake. The bottom one is Mandarin Cheesecake filled with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream & coated with White Chocolate Ganache.
