Frozen Cake for Tiara’s Birthday

Tiara’s mom is a loyal customer & a friend of mine. Like other girls, this year the Frozen themed birthdays has been a favourite among them.

This is my second attempt of making Elsa figurine. I was so pleased with the 1st one & with this time, I’ve been working with template, to get more proportioned figurine.

Elsa looks more fierce..lol. Her face is more defined & more fiddly to work with with this technique.

This cake is White Choc Mud with Strawberry Ganache.

On top of this, Tiara’s mom also gets some white & aqua macarons to match the theme. My another friend, who owns a dessert table setting business, Candy Box Sweets, also organised the sweets table on her birthday.
