Frozen Cake for Yuchen

Frozen movie has been around for a while & has been popular among the kids. This year Yuchen is into this theme, especially Elsa.

I was quite intriqued when her mother rang me & asked me to make this figurine. This is a new challenge, as I never sculpt an artistic face before.

Because it is my first attempt, I spend longer hours than expected.

I am pleased of the final result. Still needs improvements next time

This Frozen cake is Chocolate Cake filled with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream coated with Teal Chocolate Ganache.
