Tiki Hut Cake for Shane

Shane’s mom got to know me from her sister in law. She rang me end of last year to make this cake and another Tiki Head cake for Corey. Both boys would celebrate their birthdays together.

The original design isn’t mine. I do, however, change it a little bit.

The hut is the most time-consuming one to decorate. I had to arrange those hays one by one The roof is from rice krispies.

The cake is Marbled Mudcake with White Chocolate Ganached, coated with Dark Chocolate Ganache.
