Glitzi Globes Cake For Zoey

I made a cake for Zoey’s birthday last year. This year her mom asked me to make a Glitzi Globes Themed Cake.

She supplied me the carousel & the toppers. I think they are quite cute. My daughter likes to hold the toppers.

There was no Glitzi Globes Cakes I’ve seen before. It was quite blank when I planned this cake design. I ended up using a plaque cutter & painted it.

The cake is Pandan Cake filled with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream & coated with White Chocolate Ganache.
