Elephant Cake for Harmony

Harmony’s mom asked me to make this cake matching the birthday invitation.

I made something similar before. This cake is quite big, 10″. The inside is Pandan Cake with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

The elephant body is made out of LCM. It’s pretty heavy. The balloon is from styro.
