Guinness Beer Cake for Andrew

This is my 2nd time creating a beer cake. It’s much easier & faster to carve the cake now.

The cake is almost 25cm in height. The inside is Vanilla Cake filled with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream and coated with White Chocolate Ganache.

This time I add some bubbles on the top for different effect.
