Pink Wedding Cake with a Peony for Chris & Martin

Chris is my returning customer. She gets married & shows me a cake picture from a Wedding Cakes magazine.

This cake is adapted from that magazine cover picture.

I wasn’t pleased when the cake was done. Yet after I put the flowers, stencils & ribbons, it actually looked very sweet & pretty.

The cake is Strawberry Cake with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream, coated with Strawberry Ganache.
