Wedding Cake with Roses for Michelle & Jason

Michelle & Jason get married on 18th August, the same date I got married 6 years ago

They are lovely Chinese couple. Michelle is such a green tea lover & Jason is a chocolate fan.

I really enjoyed making this cake. The roses, the colour, the stenciling…just beautiful. In fact, my wedding cake was this colour too. I had a romantic beach theme party. Honestly, it is my first time stenciling. It was a challenge to do it, though I’d watched stenciling cake videos many times, it wasn’t as simple as I thought. Thank God for wisdom & my persistent husband. He drove me to excel.

Now that I already know the stenciling technique, I enjoy it more for next time.
