A Rose & Cascading Petals Wedding Cake for Louis & Irene

I know Irene from my husband. Both Louis & Irene came to discuss the cake that they’d like to have. Something simple with Red & Ivory Colour theme.

The original idea was to have a cascading rose cake. Due to their budget, they have to simplify it. I somehow found these cascading rose petals cake is very attractive too.

Since it’s a small celebration, the cake only caters for 50 people. Inside is Chocolate Cake sandwiched with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream coated with Dark Chocolate Ganache.

I love how the big rose turns out! It took me longer than expected to make it. Thank God
