Full Month Cupcakes for Maxwell

Maxwell’s mom asked me to make 2 dozens cupcakes for his full moon. She’d have a small celebration at her house. So the cupcakes have to be packaged individually.

She asked me to play with pastel colours.

I make 2 flavours:

Red Velvet with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream filling

and

Vanilla with Strawberry Swiss Meringue Buttercream filling
