Hot air balloon cake for a couple of husband & wife’s birthday!!

So, this beautiful cake design originally belongs to Jessica from jessicakesblog.blogspot.com.au

I contacted her to get the permission replicating the cake. She is such a lovely lady. She gave it.

Instead of pink balloons, the customer asked for red.

Now the top tier is actually from styro. The bottom one is Vanilla Cake filled with Strawberry Swiss Meringue Buttercream & coated with White Chocolate Ganache.
