Beer Cake for Mark’s 40th Surprised Birthday Party

My loyal customer likes 3D-shaped cakes This time she wants a beer cake for Mark, who loves Guinness Beer.

This isn’t a difficult cake to make, just involving lots of carving.

The cake stands 26 tall. Inside is Almond Cake filled with Almond Swiss Meringue Buttercream & coated with White Chocolate Ganache. There are 5 layers of cakes in it.
