Hello Kitty Cake in Cherry Blossom Theme for Yuchen


This time someone wants Hello Kitty cake in a different theme. The mother likes oriental theme since they are Chinese. I’ve been longing to make a Cherry Blossom themed cake and the chance is here.

The cake is Japanese Cheesecake with Swiss Meringue Buttercream (bottom tier). The top tier is just a dummy cake.

The original design is taken from one of Cherry Blossom Cakes in google. I like this design. Very pretty. It took me longer than expected to make the topper & the cake decorating. I use Dark Chocolate fondant for the collars.

The Hello Kitty body is from LCM. I like it, Hello Kitty in kimono. So cute.
