Chinese New Year Cupcakes for 2012


So excited to make Chinese New Year Cupcakes this year. I’ve never done it before, so I googled the ideas.

Most of these cupcakes probably are quite common, since Chinese New Year theme is all about hongbao,firecrackers,lantern,cherry blossom & stuffs like that.

These cupcakes have 2 flavours:

* Chocolate Cupcakes with Vanilla Rum Swiss Meringue Buttercream filling

* Orange Cupcakes with Orange Swiss Meringue Buttercream

They are dominated with red, yellow, white & gold colours.

So, all these are packed in a 6-cavity cupcake packaging

Even the ribbons are special!
